HR MEDIA is an application designed by MRL for allowing consumers to hare their media consumption habits wherever they are and throughout their day, relieving them from the need to recall, in a non-intrusive lean back approach.
This service based on the HR MEDIA, spans across consumer mobile devices and dedicated back-end computing resources with an emphasize on privacy and security throughout the process. The service is carried out in a highly resilient and secured manner, by creating unique irreversible fingerprints which cannot be transformed back into audio. The Fingerprints are generated from short audio samples captured by the mobile device which are immediately erased after the fingerprint is created, and are sent for matching against fingerprinted references in the server.
